I’ve never tried a Heath-based dessert that wasn’t immediately addictive and irresistible. These are fantastic, Trish! Not to mention convenient. Those melty bits of toffee are the best!
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1 cup Heath toffee bits
