Slow Cooker Sweet Spicy Sausage

Amazing! I come from a family of 6 and most of them are picky eaters. My mom and I were worried that the rest of the family wouldn’t like it. Not only were we wrong, but there were none for leftovers. We served the sausage over rice and it was so easy and so good!

  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • 12 ounces chili sauce
  • 12 ounces grape jelly
  • ½ tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 32 ounces fully-cooked sausage, cut into ½-inch pieces
