These look pretty delicious! I’ve never had baked peaches, although they’re probably kind of like peach cobbler but gluten-free and MUCH easier.
- 3 large peaches
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons salted butter
- 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream, for serving
